We are starting with the accessory dwelling unit market and a 600 sf fully finished 1 bed 1 bathroom unit. Will add a 500 sf studio unit to our product line up later. Our future plan is to enter the 1500 sf 3 bed 2 and a ½ bath single family starter home market.

Installation
Traditional construction is loud, high environmental impact caused by construction crew and time consuming. It requires 4 to 6 months of construction time for an on site built A.D.U. We are offering a pier foundation system that can be installed in a couple of hours and full building installation in less than 24 hours.
Full Turnkey Services
Our building plans are already pre approved by the DOLA department of local affairs which reduces building permitting time. We are a modular construction company offering the same design and lay out for the market. We are responsible for the entire process from permitting, site inspection, preparation and installation of a fully finished certified home ready to be occupied.
Beyond Modular
The construction industry is in need of reform or evolution. Traditional construction is time consuming, high labor cost,a skilled labor crisis going back decades. Beyond modular is a construction method based on the assembly process used in the automotive and aviation industry. Instead of building a house the traditional way we want to assemble homes in a factory. Using structural insulated panels on a steel frame our building envelope can be finished in a couple of hours instead of weeks.
The adoption of fully finished and certified modular bathroom pods and modular kitchens will speed up the construction process. We are assembling components of a building in a factory setting with the end product been a fully finished modular unit ready for installation on site.
